Delicious – Diet Friendly – Great Product Awesome awesome awesome!! Decided to switch up the low carb, sugar-free baking and use this combined with a little almond flour to make a Pistachio Sour Cream bundt cake. The flavor is absolutely fantastic and probably my new favorite. Bonus is it’s also gluten free so very diet friendly especially for Diabetic cooking. Flavor, texture, consistentcy…perfect! After baking, I drizzled a sugar-free glaze over the top using Sukrin Melis and a little almond milk.
Mine came fine and has a 1 year of expiration I was hesistant to buy it at first because of the other reviews but still I bought it for a pistachio macaron. Mine came fine and has a 1 year of expiration. It was more easier for me to used this instead of making my own pistachio flour.
Great, delicious nut flour I am cutting out flour and sugar and this product and almond flour make amazing crackers! Just 1 cup walnut flour, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup water, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, and 1teaspoon cayenne and herbs de Provence. Roll flat on parchment lined baking sheet cook 25-30 minutes at 300 degrees. Let cool! Great snack I love this product
