Save yourself a headache, move on, find one with rounded corners and not such rigid backing. I have used these for five years, not this particular brand but the same sort of device.It is hard to find a good one. I have had maybe two well made ones and then ones like these.Look at the corners in my pictures, the edges are square, the cardboard is too stiff inside of it.It has ripped after only a week of use. Like the style, but mine was manufactured poorly I have used this style of sock helper for many many years. After a couple of years or so the straps and/or the fabric on the back start to fray and I know it’s time for a new one. I’ve usually ordered directly from a medical supply store but this time decided to go through Amazon, which ended up being through this specific retailer. Unfortunately, the one I received was not manufactured very well and the second time I used it the straps started to tear off from the sock holder portion. It’s not…
Needs Stronger Construction. At first this worked great and was just what I needed. However in less than a month, one of the straps ripped away from the lower portion, making it useless. I could not see how to repair it so it would last. Fortunately, because it failed in less than 30 days, I was able to request a refund.
