Have had and like the fitbit Have had and like the fitbit. I have owned several of their devices in the past. I have had them all fail at about 12-18 months for whatever reason. Fitbit has always sent a replacement. My Charge HR 2 failed at about 16 months. No reason — no abuse — just stopped charging. Customer service offered a replacement for 25% off. Not worth it.
