Meet Take-n-Play’s NEW version of Gordon – plasticized, and with six less wheels! Here we have Gordon, one of the 8 member “Steam Team” (including Thomas, Edward, Henry, James, Percy, Toby & Emily). Proud (perhaps a little pompous & arrogant) and strong (he usually pulls the express), sulking when he doesn’t get the “important” jobs but sometimes kind in dispensing advice. Look for older take n plays with stronger “smart magnets” If possible, buy the take n play trains with stronger, two way “smart magnets” (the ones that protrude rather than the round circular ones on the newer models). I usually try to purchase the older models with the better magnets, but accidentally bought this gordon train with the newer, weaker circular magnets. My son gets a little frustrated because the magnets are not two way, and are weaker, so gordon frequently loses his tender when being pushed along a track. The old style take n…
