 Before Taking a Measurement

♥ Do not eat, drink alcohol, smoke, exercise or take a bath before taking measurement. Pleasure keep quiet for 5 -10 minutes before test.

♥Please keep your arm artery and the cuff of monitor same level with your heart,lower or higher may cause false reading. Do not move or talk during the

measurement.

♥ Always measure on the same arm (normally left).

♥ Attempt to measurement regularly at the same time of day, since blood pressure can change throughout the course of the day.
