Terrible I legit can’t stand these things. I use the powerballs usually and didn’t take enough notice to realize that these were gelpacs (which is ridiculous, it says it in the description! DO NOT BUY!!!! You will ruin your dishwasher I wish I could leave a review with 5 stars below zero! This product is leaving a brown residue in my DW. It stinks. I can’t get the DW to drain properly and I look online and some plumbers are even posting not to use this stuff in your DW. Wish they worked better in hard water; good, but not quite where ‘Finish’ could/should be for dishwasher detergent pods. Works better than most products I’ve tried, except for the original (long since discontinued due to non-phosphate reformulation) Cascade and the (recently discontinued) Oxiclean Dishwashing Pods. Not as good in hard water as the Oxi brand, but soooo much better than the new Cascade formulations. If Finish would change their power-tabs to dissolving wrappers, I would switch to those, but not going to go through another round of trying to open cellophane wrappers with damp hands after loading…
