HearthSong exclusive – what does the Fort of your dreams look like? Have a blast building it, no matter what shape or size it comes in—or build it as you go with this cool kit’s connectable wood-look panels. What if your idea of a dream fort changes? Even better! Remake it in a different shape, for part of what makes this kit so special is innovative double-sided Velcro connectors that are easy to attach and take off and the additional carton-building clips that support second stories. Each 22″ X 22″ Panel is made of heavy-duty cardboard carton meant to be light enough for little architects but strong enough to support fort after fort. Imagination is the limit as kids come to learn the basics of engineering and structure through creating their own unique designs. And of course clean-up’s a breeze once you take apart the panels; just lay one on top of another for flat, easy storage. This 16-panel fortifying fun kit makes a great and creative team activity for groups ages 4 and up, as well as a great gift for holidays and birthdays. Give the gift of creative play!
Fan feaking-tastic, except… These are awesome for young kids ( the actual meaning not the casual use of the awesome.)and if you get more then one set ( we ordered three) their heads explode. Build quality is great and precise and is heavily laminated cardboard/probably decent mil vinyl. I’ve seen other people complain “it’s just cardboard” 1. You don’t want kids to have…
My kids loved this! You can do many things with it My kids loved this! You can do many things with it; right now we have it configured that my six and seven year old can stand in it and I could sit or kneel in it if I wanted. All three of us could be in there, but it would be a little tight. Perfect for the little ones though. Durable and easy.
Pretty good My 4 year old loves building houses out of whatever’s lying around, so I thought this would be a good idea. But like with Lincoln Logs, she ended up needing my help, and I ended up doing pretty much all of it for her, which took the fun and creativity out of it. Still, I like the idea, and she likes what I built for her as a permanent fort. I made one out of 13 of the boards, and that left me with two pieces of Velcro left. The boards look wooden, but they are really made out of cardboard. It’s…
