User Tips

2. Remove watch or other ornaments from the measured wrist (normally left wrist).
3. Take measurement regularly at the same time of every day.
4. Please rest 3 to 5 minutes before taking the next measurement.

Easy to use This device is easy to use and due to this, one is more likely to monitor blood pressure closely. The down side is that it seems that wrist devices are less accurate than the armband type. There was always a discrepancy between my father’s arm band device and the wrist device. Put it in pocket ! The Preup blood pressure monitor is good. My husband recently was diagnosed with high blood pressure so we have been wanting to monitor both of ours.
