Very Large! I bought this pill organizer for my husband. He takes fish oil and vitamins along with his other medications, so I didn’t want anything too small. This pill box is actually bigger than I expected but that’s just fine. My husband has spent 16 years working in a steel mill. His fingers are permantently thickened from injuries over the years and he also is beginning to have some issues with arthritis.
