I am very disappointed. They are advertised to burn 2 1/2 to … Tonight is the second night of Hanukkah and after two nights, I am very disappointed. They are advertised to burn 2 1/2 to 3 hours – they burn for 1 hour max and half of the oil is left in the glass container. I would never buy these again as they are a true waste of money!!
The seller was good, however the product was not The seller was good, however the product was not. The pre-filled oil gel containers were not fill, some only lasted 1 hour. I fixed this by adding olive oil to the containers and freezing them. Was advertised as 2.5 hours but Amazon Fulfillment sent me the 2 hour version. From what I can gather, the gels were exposed to heat in the warehouse which reduced the amount of oil in the gels, as it was on the protective cover, the container and the box.
Expected better product than this! The second year we used these candles, may seek different product/company for next Hanukkah;several cups were only partially filled, not staying lit as long as they should have. Not enough time (before Hanukkah) to return for replacement set.
