Crash tested, parent approved We had our 6yo son in this seat when our 2010 Toyota Camry was sideswiped by a semi on the interstate. We were going around 50mph in a construction zone at the time. We bounced off a concrete barrier twice afterwards. Airbags deployed. Car was totaled. Our son didn’t have a single cut, scratch, bump, or bruise anywhere on his entire body. With the insurance money, we bought a new one without hesitation. This car seat did its job and saved our son. Five stars seems woefully inadequate.
Great booster I am by no means an expert in the realm of booster and car seats but I noticed a lot of negative reviews on here that are based on people not being informed. USE PROPERLY FOR SAFETY!! Great booster for a child that has outgrown the 5 point harness type. Please, recheck your seat’s weight/height/age limits on a regular basis to ensure that you are using the appropriate carseat/booster. I would also like to address a serious SAFETY CONCERN!
