Improves self feeding & reduces need for prompting these absolutely live up to the claims. Handles are comfortable and fit nicely in the hand, they’re weighted nicely for function and are adjustable for the needs of the person using them. The red color actually did improve self-feeding without prompting, helping with the “visual missing” commonly found with dementia patients; our loved one could see them without effort, which was one less challenge at meal times.
