Exactly what my Mom needed for bed safety Many of the bed rails have legs that are designed to go down to the floor. If the bed is too short OR if the bed is adjustable (head raises and lowers), then the type with legs can’t be used. But, this one is perfect.My mother uses a Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed and this is the only bed rail that worked. It is well made and works on the right or the left side of the bed.
Essential bed gear for the elderly I needed a bed rail for an elderly mother who can’t easily get into or or out of bed. This bed rail just took a day to deliver to my mother’s house and was easy to snap the 6 pieces together. There actually are left versus right side elbows pieces. If swapped the elbow pieces, the end piece won’t fit as the holes will be in the wrong side. The stainless steel pieces have plastic inserts so the the bars fit tightly without wiggle. The foam padding is pretty stiff and should hold up well…
