Great product and great price! This is a great microscope for a great price. It comes with slides and also some blank slides to add things so of course my children had lots of fun seeing what they could put under the microscope. At one point they even had some dead bugs in there! It magnifies 30x, 100x & 400x so the view is pretty amazing. The journal is cute, but my kiddos were not interested in it. I would definitely recommend this to the science loving child.

Focus is very janky, but otherwise, good for the price. I have to echo others’ complaints here that the quality of this microscope is a bit low. It’s good for the price, but if it was of a better quality, kids would be more able to use it and would stay a lot more engaged with it.
