Perfect for a 3 year old! My 3 year old nephew is a huge fan of monster trucks. Christmas morning, when he unwrapped this one, he smiled from ear to ear. Impatiently asked for help to prep everything and started to build right away, ignoring all his other presents… Success! The only part we found challenging were the stickers… he really wanted to put them on backwards, but we were able to convince him the adults had to do that part. Phew! Crisis averted. Hope you found this review helpful!

Awesome toy! This toy is awesome! We finally opened it up after my almost 4 year old got it for Christmas. He is obsessed! He can put it together and take it apart all by himself. He is so proud. It’s great quality and I know he will get a lot of use out of it. I was initially kind of hesitant thinking he would put it together and be done with it but the fact that he loves to take it apart and put it together continually is great! Can’t wait to buy him the other versions for his birthday in a month!

Great toy. Drill lasted one day and no it wasn’t the batteries VERY COMMON PROBLEM WITH THIS TOY, PER OTHER REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANIES DRILL BASED TOYS**We got this toy for our son as a Christmas gift. My son loves it and played with it all day. By the end of the day the drill stopped working like it was dead. I changed the batteries and it still wasn’t working right. It spins. It seems like the motor isn’t catching with the bit. Now he gets frustrated because it’s not working. It’s fun but it’s cheap and disappointing. So…
