Obviously the term “bright” is subjective After reading all the glowing reviews of these bulbs I was excited to get them in. I read the term “bright” in nearly every review. Obviously the term “bright” is subjective. I would not call these bulbs “bright” at all. I replaced 4 – 40w incandescent bulbs with these 4 LED bulbs and they are less than 50% of the original light level. Now, I was expecting a soft, warm light (firelight), but given the reviews I expected it to be decently bright. Just know that these are not “bright” in…

Great bulbs These are bright and will definitely light up your room. I have a dimmable ceiling fan that I never dimmed, so these work for me. theses are not dimmable so if you want dimmable ones, you have to get other ones. I had dimmable led’s in before these, and they would not shut all the way off. could just be a kink that needs to get worked out with dimmable led’s since they are new and take so little energy to light up

I got exactly what I expected. Very nice for the price The bulbs work exactly as advertised. I have had them on for a few weeks straight and look great. I wish they were brighter. Maybe I should have ordered the 7 watt version. I don’t like how you have to toggle through the flame modes everytime I switch on and off the lights. It would be nice if you could keep it in one mode instead of flicking the switch on and off 3 times. Maybe a selector switch on the base would work. Overall it is a good product.
