The 17″ is a great wheelchair for smaller individuals Purchased 17″ version for my mom who is about 109 pounds and 5 feet tall. It is perfect size for her and I like the lightweight. When she got out of the hospital she was given a Jr. sz regular wheelchair and I couldn’t lift it into the car. This one is no problem for me to lift. It came assembled except the foot rests which were very easy to attach. The arms are nicely padded. The 17″ size is definitely for a smaller person. Pretty Good! Many small parts fall off like the cover for the brake, and the foot pedals also fall of very easilyBut it is very lightweight for a wheel chair also folds up pretty well.It had met my expectations for a cheap wheelchair, its small, light, and very easy to transport. So if thats what your looking for it great!

small and lightweight I purchased this product so my mother could use it to take my grandmother out. I have not used it myself, but my mother likes how it folds up very compactly and is very light. She is very happy with the product so far. My grandmother is a small woman, so this chair is the perfect size for her. Someone who is tall might find the seat to be tight.
