The 20″ Cruiser III Wheelchair with Flip Back Detachable Full Arms and Swing Away Footrests by Drive Medical has a carbon steel frame that eliminates seat guides and allows for custom back inserts and accessories. The silver vein finish is attractive and easy to maintain. The precision sealed wheel bearing, in front and rear, ensure long lasting performance and reliability, while the 8″ front caster wheels provide a smooth ride over most surfaces. The dual axle and removable, flip back, full arms makes transferring easy. Comes standard with, detachable flip back full arms, swing away footrests, black nylon upholstery, composite Mag-style wheels and push to lock wheel locks.

Would recommend to a friend but would also recommend getting metal footrests to replace the plastic ones that it comes with I have waited awhile to write this review as I wanted to give the chair a chance to have problems, My previous chair was bought through a medical supply company and was much… much … more expensive. Originally, it also came with plastic foot rests and they broke when I was trying to transfer into the chair when I lost my balance. So, they replaced them with metal ones. Great chair for occasional use (trips, vacations, museums, etc) My wife is ambulatory, but cannot walk longer distances or stand for extended periods. So we use a wheelchair when we travel, or when we go on local outings to explore the city, visit museums, etc. So it does not get constant use, more like regular use of perhaps 25-30 days per year. Fantastic wheelchair and an incredible/great price. I was an R.N.for many years .Now I can no longer walk. I have seen MANY wheelchairs and used them as a Nurse, and now as a patient.This is my second wheel chair like this.
