Great crib, pretty good customer service. This is the 2nd full-size folding crib we have purchased from Dream On Me. They have improved several features over the past 5 years:The base that the mattress rests on now has a sliding “lock” mechanism as well as a plastic hook that keeps it in place.There are locking washers on each of the screws that hold the sides to the ends (except ours were missing).The castors now use a more typical bolt/nut mechanism that the one we purchased 5 years ago and this type feels…
Customer Service a Problem Had issues with holes lining up to put the crib together. Instructions VERY CLEAR to ensure SAFETY, follow all of them. Contacted the manufacturer and after a few emails, they found replacement parts for the head/foot boards. However, after ordering the crib three weeks before our grandchildren arrived, it had to be put together with a safety issue.
