Adorable Nursery addition We are very pleased with our recent purchase of this crib! This crib had everything we were looking for, from a charming whimsical look, to the functional space saving drawer on the bottom.The item delivered on time, however the box was pretty banged up, and had several rips and tears in it upon arrival. We were worried based on other reviews that the crib itself would have damaged parts, or pieces missing -however I can say that the crib was perfectly intact with no dents/scratches etc…
Bad Customer Service I would never buy this brand again. The customer service is horrible. The package arrived with a few damaged parts. We were willing to get replacement parts rather than just returning it so we contacted the company and provided them will all the necessary information they requested, including pictures, part numbers, proof of purchase, and descriptions. We received an email later on asking for most of the same information so we provided it again. We were then told the parts would be shipped in…
Pretty, but poor quality This crib is very visually pleasing. I love the look of the drawer, especially in daybed mode. However, it’s not constructed very well. It uses a lot of those little turning bolts that “lock” screw heads in instead of actual screws. One of our bolts came broken to begin with and the holes are not lined up correctly for many of the others to work. We also were given the wrong screws for the toddler rail. In addition, the drawer below will not stay on the rails at all. One side had a bent…
