Great support ! Very soft I have a very very high arch, so I actually had to double 2 pads up on top of each other, and my arches were in heaven! The sticky pads stay sticky too! **update** June 5th ….I forgot I had already reviewed these, and I literally logged back in to amazon and make a review LOL …needless to say I still love these and they are STILL sticky. Even tho I had to double a set on top of each other, best purchase by far!
Great for work shoes! I can already tell these will be lifesavers for me at work. I wear loafers with a 1â heel that donât have much arch support (even though theyâre Clarks), so after a normal 15-hour duty day, my feet are killing me. These stick-in arch supports were easy to apply, easy to move twice, and still stick great. Since theyâre fabric (like the nice fabric band-aids), I donât think theyâll make my feet sweat like the gel ones Iâve used before. Will update if my opinion changes.
I wanna like them 🙁 I’ve tried three different brands of arch support (all different heights) and all three kinda did this help/mostly hurt sort of thing.. These hurt the worst, probably because they were the tallest. I made it about a week and a half before removing them because I was starting to tear up towards the end of my shifts, and unfortunately felt instant relief the moment I did. I felt bad returning them because there were moments they would kinda help, but then they would feel like they were mashing…
