Great fun toy for a 4 yr old. I bought this car as a Christmas present for my 4 yr old son. He absolutely loves it!! It is faster than the typical walmart/target RC cars you can buy but not as quick as a hobby car. It pretty much runs over anything we have thrown at it on our obstacle course. The throttle is not speed sensitive like the hobby cars and neither is the steering. Its very nicely built and runs for about 30 mins on a charge. Weak battery, loose tires, but the basics are here for a youngster. I made two mods to improve this RC truck.The battery is only 800 mAh. In the house, it’s fine. In the yard it won’t last long. The first mod was a 2,500 mAh battery. Naturally, the connector won’t be the same. I soldered the old connector onto the new battery so that I could use the same charger. The second mod was to use cyanoacrylate glue to hold the tires onto the wheels. The tires are loose on the wheels. The tires would constantly dislodge with normal driving. Cool little truck! Bought it for my son’s birthday… He LOVED it. It wasn’t as big as the one he wanted but after jumping ramps with it and seeing how fast it goes, he has no issues with it. It’s a pretty neat little truck.***UPDATE*** DAY TWO… the battery says 30 to 40 mins run time. My son played with is a while on the first day and got a change to play with is some on the second day before the battery died. He’s happy with the truck***
