Exactly what I wanted and needed I use my pulley everyday to keep my shoulders flexible. It’s like the one at physical therapy and was just what I was looking for. Seems to be very well made. No complaints.

Very sturdy. It is used by placing the top in a door jamb. Reasonable price. I had shoulder surgery and used one of these at the Physical Therapy. I’m so glad I found one for a reasonable price online so I can continue my exercises at home.

It works great. The pulley is smooth and moves easily I had rotator cuff surgery and needed a pulley for stretching my arm and shoulder. It works great. The pulley is smooth and moves easily. The strap fits over a door with a buckle on the end. So you place the buckle inside the door and close it firmly. It tends to fall off when you open the door, so I taped it to the inside if the door. A hook attachment may be better, but it works fine for me abd the price was good..
