FALLING APART I purchased this brace 3 weeks ago. Within 1 week, the seam of the upper support bar started unraveling. I am super easy on this brace. I’m not a sportsman, a wrestler or lumberjack so it should hold up to daily keyboard typing. I’d hoped it wouldn’t get any worse but every day, it pulls apart further. Pretty good, a couple minor flaws still. These are my favorite carpal tunnel splints, and I’ve tried many including custom splints. I do wish the thumb hole was a little bit longer. If you want to wear them during the day it can rub uncomfortably on the base of the thumb (see photo). I also had to customize the metal bar inside the splint. I’ve also found sometimes the bar slips down too far, which impeads proper function and is not comfortable. My solution for this was to add a piece of Velcro sticker on the bar and stick it to the…
