More to girls than fashion I should have liked at the book titles first. These are all about cute clothes and doing your makeup. While the books with the boy characters are about shapes,counting, and letters.
This was a good buy. I bought these for my two-year-old granddaughter who loves Mini and Daisy. Each book is eight pages long, 4 to 6 words per page. The picture. They are great for my granddaughter because once she hears a story she likes to repeat it to herself, pretending she is reading. The pictures are large and colorful. They are drawn in a way that allows you to talk about them with a child and ask questions. I gave the books for stars because, even though I really like them, I think they were a little…
but I really don’t like these books I’m a total Disney mom/person, but I really don’t like these books. They literally only talks about material things, like how shopping is a favorite thing to do; and how amazing this dress or those shoes are. For a “My First Books” set I would have hoped to see something more educational (i.e. colors, feelings, etc.).
