Perfect! My daughter is a 2T. I bought the 3T-4T size hoping to fit clothes underneath. I was nervous the hat would be too big but it’s a great fit. Clothes fit well underneath, just a little long, but I expected that. Great price, great quality, and soooo adorable on!
It works I purchased this for my three-year-old’s Halloween costume. He is currently between sizes 2T-3T so I purchased the 3T-4T. The costume fits, but I can see why some reviewers say it is tight in the arms because the brown material has little to no give to it. I would definitely recommend sizing up or using the seller’s measurements as I don’t believe this fits true to size. I wouldn’t have been able to stick his arm in a 2T.
