The Diono Radian RXT All-in-One Convertible car seat is created with a super slim contour to fit 3-across (in most mid-sized vehicles) for growing families, and easily folds flat for storage or travel for the family on-the-go (FAA certified for commercial airline use). It comes with a 12-position head support for more head protection and reinforced side impact protection, and is lovingly engineered with a full steel frame designed for strength and safety. It also comes complete with removable infant head and body supports to cocoon your child so they’re comfy and snug, a 5-point harness plus 5 shoulder harness and 3 buckle positions to grow with your child, a simple SuperLATCH connection that makes installation quick and easy, a patented Safe Stop harness designed to help absorb impact energy while cushioning your child, a unique rear-facing tether capability that give the seat more stability during impact for an extra layer of protection, and one cup holder. To clean, simply remove the cover, hand or machine wash and line dry. The Radian RXT also works great with our Diono Angle Adjuster which can create extra leg room for front seat occupants (sold separately, not to be used with newborns). Great for 3 across! After months of research regarding the best way to get three across in my 2017 Honda CRV I settled on this seat. I had to purchase two seats, one for my 3 year old and one for my 19 month old. I had to recycle my 3 year old’s previous seat as it was too big to fit the Diono and our infant seat (and older Graco). I’m grateful I also didn’t have to purchase a new infant seat. Compact and safe This is our second Diono Radian RXT. We have one for our daughter and now have one for our son. They are excellent seats. We live in a hot climate so we have found that this seat actually allows air flow around them for our kids as compared to some of the car seats that wrap around the kids and trap in the heat. These seats are narrow enough that we can get three of them in the car if we needed or we can put car seats in the back plus and additional person. The seats are heavy, but they…
