A favorite!! I recently got this Diggin box airplane set for my 4 year old grandson who already has the Diggin box car set. He immediately discovered he could hook the two sets together and create a car- airport city. He uses the included cars and planes as well as a variety of other small metal vehicles from his toy box. He plays with these 2 sets for hours as he âtravelsâ all over the world as a pilot, trucker and race car driver. The set is quite sturdy, easy to store and transport. It is one of the best…

So Glad I Chose This Set! I am so glad I bought this toy! I think this is the first review I’ve ever written on an amazon purchase and I have bought numerous toys through this site. The plane wheels are rubber (so much better than plastic ones!) and roll really nicely! The helicopter legs/feet do come out, but you can glue them in place if you don’t want them to pop off–it’s not a problem though, they pop in and out easily. The small connector pieces to connect the track are my only complaint, but we just put them away…

so much nicer than it looks in the photos I was really surprised at how well made and adorable this set is – and how many pieces they packed in! Everything seems like it’s really high quality. The clasps used to open the sides of the box are interesting. They are affixed by this (strong) elastic string and little wooden knob, so you pull the knob up to slide the elastic into the ridge at the top. A little tricky for my 3 year old, but I count that as a plus – because I like it that she needs to ask for help so I can be there to…
