Really comfortable, reliable and absorbent! I purchase these disposable pull up underwear for a close 62 year old male friend who suffers from prostate cancer. The inside material tears loose in the back and the absorption material spills out. I am 5’11” and weigh 260 lbs, have a fairly large stomach. Ordered product in XL, the first issue is the waistband, it rolls up immediately which allows the underwear to ride down very quickly. Livable but not comfortable. The primary issue is that during a very active day the rear of the inside cover rips off at the back side allowing the absorption material to spill out. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
