They work well! For the past 7 or 8 months I have been purchasing these for my incontinent father with dementia. They don’t always work perfectly, but do a more than adequate job of keeping him dry throughout the day. He sometimes has leakage around the leg holes at night, probably caused by the Depends not being properly centered on his body. These are not always easy to find so when I saw that Amazon was … My husband has been using Depend for several years and I usually purchase them at drug stores. Problem is they only come in packs of 18 and price ranges from $19 to $23 per pack. Inferior to Real Fits purchased elsewhere inferior (in workmanship and quality of material) to Real Fits previously purchased at my local pharmacy. They leaked through their leg openings after “absorbing” only a small amount of urine. They are supposed to be the proper size (s/m) for my 33″ waist, but unlike other Real Fits, their seats are loose and ridiculously baggy. Are these cheap imitations?
