Not the same product I had come to trust Apparently this manufacturer has totally changed this product since the last time I bought them. Instead of a highly absorbent fill material these have a narrow, flat strip down the middle. The leg openings are loose and allow leaks. With the slightest amount of moisture the underwear begins a slow trip downward, held in place only by my pants. Wish I hadn’t bought the large economy size. Maybe I will keep these to use as rags when I wash the car. They aren’t much use for the purpose…

Great for big boys with wetting problem! My 8 year old son began wetting the bed a year ago. He was horrified by the idea of “diapers” – even the pull up kind for older kids. We bought a pack and ended up donating them. So after a YEAR of washing his sheets almost daily, I BRIBED him to try these. I showed him the package that says “Men” and that they’re gray and look more like real underwear. He is a big kid at 4′ 8″ and 105#. Solution for men Here is something that will help MEN make these work better. Here is something that works great for me that I thought up. This is for MEN only. Seems like all of the brands have leak issues and this causes wet sheets etc.. I found a way to resolve it, again for men only. Get some of those daytime PADS you use in your underwear. They are pretty cheap to buy. What I do is LEAVE the protective cover for the sticky stuff on them and then fold them over long ways and tape the end of them with BLUE…
