For use in laundry detergent recipe A versatile product; I use it to make very inexpensive laundry soap (google ‘laundry soap recipe’+dawn) without the need for grating fels naptha soap). That, a box each of washing soda and borax, available through amazon, and I’m ready to my laundry. It only takes a quarter cup and it works beautifully.It also works well for washing dishes.
Love this Dawn formula There is a perfect bathroom cleaner recipe using this product and vinegar. Warm 1 part vinegar slightly on stove or in microwave. Add same amount of this product. Apply to shower doors, bathtub, shower stall, and/or sink and let sit for 15 minutes. Scrub lightly, rinse, and be amazed.Also great for dishes, I use less than other brands. I also prefer this formula to other Dawn formulas.
The best dish detergent I’ve ever used. This is the dishwashing detergent I’ve used in EVERY restaurant I’ve ever worked in, for all the stuff that doesn’t fit in the Hobart, or needs to be hand scoured first, and in the bar sink for glassware. I think there’s a ‘commercial’ version but I’ve never seen it- just the regular stuff. And boy, does it work. I’ve never found anything better on grease. I don’t currently have a dish washer, but a couple tbsps of this stuff in a dish pan of scalding hot water and I find myself rarely even…
