happy with our choice We decided to try to Grove model despite the relative lack of reviews, because Da Vinci is a good name and mostly because Grove is one of the only models that comes in the “chestnut” finish. It didn’t disappoint! It’s a very handsome crib. Great Full Size for the Price This thing’s pretty decent. I like Da Vinci – I think they are a good value for the price, and seem sturdy and stylish for the most part. They also all have high safety ratings (despite a handful of reviews I’ve seen to the contrary, which I think are mostly the result of user-error), so I was ok with purchasing this one even though I couldn’t find any customer reviews. We got this as an upgrade for the Kalani mini, which we bought when we didn’t have the space for a full size. Really went off…
Nice Fairly easy to assemble and at the lowest mattress level I can still bend over and reach all the way to the bottom (I’m only 5’4″). Be ware though, the finish is not quite as light as appears in the pictures. And within the first week our son had rubbed his pacifier all over the inside rail and scratched the finish off. It does not come with a rail cover for the front so if you are worried about your child chewing off the finish, this is probably not the crib for you. Ours did come with…
