Eczema life saver!! All four other of my kids have struggled with terrible eczema. Weâve tried prescription steroids, Aveeno, Aquaphor, Cetaphil, Eucerin, as well as others and none of them were very effective for us. None of them truly moisturized their skin or helped heal it up. We ordered this Itch Defense lotion as a last resort before heading back to the Dr again. My two year old has eczema that splits his ear lobes, around his eyes, and red splotches on his face. Winter survival gear! This is an absolute lifesaver in New England winters. I put it on after every shower and it makes winter so much more comfortable! I love that it’s fragrance free so I don’t need to worry about anyone’s allergies at work, and it won’t clash with any fragrance I want to wear on a date night! I have also used this on my face with no break outs.
Works Well I live in a colder climate and, as a result, tend to stay in the hot shower longer than usual. That causes my skin to become more dry which leads to itching. I tried one cream that helped but did not eliminate the problem. Thereafter, I did a search on Amazon and discovered the Curel brand which is advertised to defend against itching. All I can say is that it works well and I have had no further problem.
