A: Please download the APP “WearHealth” from Apple App Store or Android Google Play. This tracker requires iOS 8.2 and Android 4.4 or later, Bluetooth 4.0.

Q: How to set its time? 

A: You don’t need to set the time manually. Once it connected with your phone, it will automatically sync the time and date.

Q: Why the steps/calories burned are not the same as my phone counted?

A: The way of counting steps/calories burned of W5 fitness tracker might be different from your phone,  so the numbers are slightly different. And please note that the measurements of W5 fitness tracker are for reference only and CANNOT be used for medical purposes.
