Fun, quality time spent with my kids. Do a neutral color base layer first. Fun, good rocks in our box, not a smuch paint as needed. We painted a base layer of acrylic paint (toll paint), in a matte finish, of the color of the rock and then painted over it and the paint stuck on quite well. The bling jewels did not stick well so we stuck them on with some clear glitter glue and those only came off when my 4 yo picked them off. The metalic paints are really fun to use and add to the design of the rock. We have had some fun with this set.
So much fun!!!! This kit is SO much fun!!! My girls had a blast decorating their rocks! They created special ones for their best friends and I for me!!! I would highly recommend this as a great crafting kit for your kids.
THE PAINT WAS NOT USABLE I bought this kit for my granddaughters 11 year old birthday party so the girls could paint rocks. Unfortunately the paint that came with the kit was all dried out and spongy. Thank goodness I had purchased some additional paint from another company. If I didn’t have the paint we would have not been able to paint the rocks. Also the paint kit only comes with 2 brushes so I had purchased more brushes. As far as the gems that are included is enough to put on one rock. So my review for this kit…
