They’re a ripoff. You gotta be kidding me Amazon! The rolls are at least 30% smaller all the way around. We get ours from Sam’s Club and pay much less for larger paper with more sheets. These are going back. They’re a ripoff.
As other reviewers have stated, after years of exclusively … As other reviewers have stated, after years of exclusively buying Cottonelle toilet paper, I will no longer support the company as they reduce value to maintain a price point. Their customer service has responded to many reviews here on Amazon and it is always the same song & dance – they don’t care to restore their products to the appropriate size.
More sheets, but smaller in size! I usually purchase the same toilet paper in the double rolls, this purchase was my first time getting these family rolls. It may be more sheets per roll, but the roll is significantly smaller in width! When I pulled one out of the package it almost seemed like a joke. It looks like a little mini roll and there’s a significant amount of empty space on each side of a standard toilet paper holder because of the small width! Kind of feels like a rip off.
