I use this car seat rear-facing and it is excellent. Very comfortable for my granddaughter I use this car seat rear-facing and it is excellent. Very comfortable for my granddaughter. Straps in easily with seat belt. Roomy. Looking forward to using it on an upcoming road trip.Caution though: I have bucket seats front and rear in my car, so not an issue. However, can’t use it in my daughter’s smaller car rear-facing (Civic). It’s wide and the length/height is an inadequate fit between the rear and front seats. Not enough room to level it properly. Used it in a…
Spend your $100 on a better brand. We bought it as a back-up car seat while my son is with his grandmother. It’s very comfortable because the fabric feels almost like there’s memory foam underneath. My sons seems to like it. The MAJOR complaint which is why I gave it a 3 is the middle buckle is horribly snug when you’re LO gets a little bigger. My son is 23 months and not a big toddler at all but he will kick and scream because it’s snug and tight. We have a Chicco Nextfit and it it not nearly as troublesome with the straps…
it is very light and easy to carry through the airport and easy to install … We bought this for use during travel. On the plus side, it is very light and easy to carry through the airport and easy to install on a plane. However the negatives outweigh this. 1. We have never been able to firmly secure this rear facing and had to use it forward facing in a variety of vehicles. 2. The straps do not have much slack and I’m not sure it will fit my 2 year old for very long. 3. The straps are very difficult to tighten and loosen.
