Toysmith’s mission is to supply quality toys and gifts while delivering superior customer service to retailers. We offer products in many key categories including: active play, science & discovery, arts & crafts, impulse & novelty toys, and nostalgic retro classics! Since our inception in 1981 our owners, Bill and Nancy Smith, have worked very diligently to grow from a small family business, shipping from their garage, to a large office complex and distribution center that stocks and ships over 1,600 products to more than 6000 accounts. However, our philosophy remains the same: maintaining a strong family work environment while offering the best selection and quality of products together with the highest standards of service to all our customers.
Motivating for kids I didn’t quite understand how they worked because I never saw the color change. When you drop them in the toilet, the water will turn yellow. I couldn’t understand how they worked and felt that the urine from my toddler was hard to see because the pieces turned the water yellow. However, after I realized that my toddler was not urinating, I understood the concept. These are useless I’m not sure why I thought teaching my 2.5 year old to throw small objcts in the toilet was a good idea..but IT’s NOT. Also the whole toilet doesn’t even change colors..just the very bottom. I threw it away. Waste of money. Booooo
Worked for us, but could have more pronounced effect. Helped potty train both our boys. The tablets aren’t great. The fizzing and color changing is minor, but it was enough. It was still a reward for using the potty and the effect was enough to make them happy. Both boys liked throwing them in and seeing it start to fizz, but then were happy just flushing the toilet and didn’t wait to watch them for long. The tablets are also a different color than the color they change the water to, so may be confusing if they ask for a specific color.
