Love this seat! Ok, so first of all I’m an avid review reader. When picking this seat I read all the reviews and compared it to many seats like it along the way. From what I could see this seat was the seat that best fit our needs. It fits our car comfortably (2016 Sienna) & my son seems to like it . I called Chicco customer service center and the woman that “helped” me was unapologetic and annoyed that I was so upset Yesterday while cleaning our Chicco NextFit carseat, I found the straps on my son’s carseats were worn to the point that if we got in an accident, it would not have held him in. This is EXTREMELY concerning especially since the only reason I discovered this was by pulling the entire cover off. BOTH carseats are damaged after less than a year of use. Great Bought this for me grandson. I really didn’t like the one that we had. This one is best. Easy to install and easy to put child in and out of. I feel that the child is very safe and secure.
