Anyone know how to fix this? I had a massage therapist use one on me and it was great. The one I bought got lumpy and hard after only a use or too. I’ve tried to even out the gel but it doesn’t want to budge. So my jury is out. It sounds like a have a dud but I don’t want to risk buying another. Anyone have any ideas how to fix it? Replacement for my blue soft gel packs So far so good. I have purchased several of the see through blue gel ice packs and they have all busted on me after about a few months to a year’s worth of use. I sleep with a soft gel pack on the back of my neck at night to put myself in a calming place to stop racing thoughts. It helps me drift off to sleep faster.
