Cute little rolls are soft and cushy I was surprised when the box of 48 rolls of Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper was delivered that the box was so compact. I was expecting to have to find a spot for it in the garage to store the rolls until we used them. At 17.2 X 16.4 X 12.9 inches, the box was easy to handle and store. We usually buy the Kirklad brand which comes in a package that is 24.1 x 24.1 X 9.2 inches and a few pounds heavier although it’s only 30 rolls. “Double” doesn’t mean “Double.” There seems to be a “shell game” with toilet paper roll sizes. First, I cannot find anywhere on the page the number of sheets in a roll. It just says “double roll.” Double of what? When I get this package, the rolls seem pretty small. I have to hunt around and finally find out each roll has 154 sheets. BEWARE! BEWARE! These are NOT “double” rolls…they are tiny little rolls that don’t even qualify as “single” rolls. With them cutting down the width and increasing the size of center tube, there’s just not a whole lot on the roll to be used! I figured I would try purchasing online… big mistake! At the rate these rolls disappear, it won’t be long before I need to replenish my supply.
