Too lightweight to work. After four months of using these, the conclusion is that they’re a big waste of money. The concept is sound, but every piece is simply too lightweight to stand up, hold up, and work. Croquet requires a bit of umph and staying power in its various actions and items, from wickets to balls to mallets, and everything here is simply too physically light to work well or repeatedly. And this set comes at quite a premium. I would not buy again nor recommend.
Very fun indoor game Got this to use in the office for an event with children and adults. It was great. The kids were entertained and we didn’t have to worry about them breaking anything if a croquet ball went sailing. It may seem a little pricey but it is worth it. The set is solidly put together and will last a long time.
I was happy with my purchase until my granddaughter went to set … I was happy with my purchase until my granddaughter went to set up the game. The lack of weight on the foam ends of each hoop was a problem. They were too flimsy . They need weight on bottom of each foam end to make the hoop to stand better.
