Great Product/Arrived Only Partially Filled CereVe is a brand that I trust and use. My container if Baby Waah and Shampoo arrived in a CereVe container that isn’t completely full. There was no seal under the cap when I removed it. I don’t know if that’s irregular at the time of this or not for CereVe’s Baby Wash. Whatever the case may be, it unsettled me enough to put into this review. Next time I will buy it in store because I don’t believe the missing baby wash was an accidental spill. Only wash for my kids My youngest has the most sensitive skin ever. We tried Cetaphil, Avenno, Johnsons baby wash,….all gave him rashes. This is the only thing i will ever use on my kids. I tried switching back to the yellow Johsnon wash and it burnt me. This leaves a nice barrier on our skin for moisture. LOVE this. I would recommend to anyone with skin issues. Fixed my youngest skin in 2 days.
Bottle not full, no return options after all that money spent. As a mother with children who have severe Eczema I love the CeraVe product itself as itâs so gentle on their skin, however when I received this product in the mail expecting to get what I paid for as its expensive I ended up receiving a bottle of the baby wash CeraVe that had about 1/4 of the bottle missing like someone had poured it out or it was half assed filled. Itâs really unfortunate as I love this product and apparently thereâs no return option. I will not be ordering this off here again.
