Excellent quality! Highly recommend! Ok, I read a lot of reviews of an item before I buy. This is one of those products that I figured would probably turn out to be just ok. I was so wrong. It is fantastic! I had one of these, very similar that I purchased from Bed Bath and Beyond several years ago. It worked ok but my boys broke the handle attachment where you clip the broom to the pan. love it! I’ve been looking all over for a 2nd one as I loved the first one we bought at Costco. My husband had to show me the way to use it as I was having the type of problem a number of the reviewers have had – debris goes under the dust pan. All it took for me was to learn to exert a slight forward pressure on the handle to get the edge of the dustpan to seal and catch almost everything (human error – miss-sweeps do occur). Seriously-It’s too short. Play it safe, get something else. I pride myself in reading the reviews thoroughly for everything I purchase, so I was already expecting this broom to be of a smaller size. Some people claimed it was not big enough, while others said that it was the perfect size, especially for a smaller person. I’m an average size (5’9) and my roommate is quite short.
