AVOID UNSAFE NO RETURNS?? WHAT? I purchased this for my elderly frail Mom well, put on on the lightest setting as instructed. It threw my Mom on the floor like an ejection seat on a jet.I went in to return it & was denied. I have no use for this obviously UNSAFE ItemThen I try to create a RETURN= the item is NOT returnable? Since when? I went to the description and no where does it state STUCK with it.My Mom’s money doesn’t grow on trees. This is disturbing.

We use the maximum weight setting (much over his real weight) and use this thing like a booster seat. With the purchase of a handle support…
