Good sock donner I have used a sock donner for many years due to hip problems and not being able to bend over easily. I finally bought this because my other donner has been falling apart after 20 years of daily use and is long overdue to be replaced. Lifesaver To a strongly independent person, every time I use this sock aid, it feels like a lifesaver. Flexible, better than hard plastic This sock aid works better for me than the plastic tube found in a hip replacement kit. For one thing, it is flexible and I can position my socks on it without over-stretching them. I had a second hip replacement recently and was worried about getting crew socks and knee socks on every day. This sock aid has been extremely easy to use, and I like the long straps.
