Perfect for intended use This is perfect for intended use. I read many of the reviews which mention the bags are larger than container, which they are, however it is necessary for easier pouring of oil and grease in the bag for disposal. The bags can be securely folded down and closed shut and stored inside container for either separate use or as a single throw away. Sits perfectly on counter or under cabinet. After cooled, I used a funnel to pour oil directly in bags without making a mess.
Thatâs exactly what I wanted and expected I think the product has a nice appearance. If my counter was larger, I would feel comfortable leaving it there where it would be handy. So I put it in the cabinet near the sink. The only problem I have with it is that the lid doesnât fit tightly. When I pulled out of the lower cabinet I have to make sure that the top doesnât come off. Of course it it it does, the grease in the bag still wouldnât come out because it would have been sealed. Save your drains, (and easy great way to save your grease to make bird suet cakes for the winter) I just use these bags with no outer holder. Works great to keep in the fridge for bacon grease (or any grease), and doesn’t take up much space, and I can fit it into available open spots even when the fridge (or freezer) is full (which I could not do if it was in a holder case). They hold up well, no leaks, no seeping through of the grease, an the fold over top stays secure with using the attached wire tabs.
