i am going to buy this again!!! They adhere to the cabinets so no drilling or screws to damage your cabinets, or if you’re a renter like me they are even more ideal for not causing damage. They come with a guide for installing to line up the bits, and you can even turn them “off” if you don’t need them. We installed them at my mothers house too & she only turns them on when the babies are over. Another plus is no ugly baby proofing things to look at, the locks are completely hidden when drawers/caninets are closed…
Strong locks When I moved into my last home, it had the locks installed throughout the kitchen and in the bathrooms. At first I thought they were a pain , but after using them for a short time I came to realize that locks are really amazing. Locks are nice because they do not allow the babies/kids to crack the cupboard or drawer open at all, tempting them to play with the contents inside. The lock is very strong, able to penetrate through 2-2.5 inches of cupboard- maybe even more (I didn’t have anything…
They do the job but do pull screws out of hinges… These work great but are pulling the screws out of the hinges of my heavy door because so thick. If they were made smaller they wouldn’t work as good and would smash fingers, so it’s a catch 22. They do work great but later might need to fix hinges.
