They have worked great so far after about 10 days for our newborn I am a first time dad and I bought these for my son. I researched our diaper options and decided on flat, flour sack, cloth diapers which I bought at Walmart for about $8 for 10. I use snappies to secure the diaper and fold the diapers into plain squares (search Phyllis Stokes channel on Youtube) and I use these Buttons as an outside cover. They have worked great so far after about 10 days for our newborn. I roll the diapers in the middle (jelly roll) and that helps secure “blow outs”…
Wish I’d bought these first. I should have bought these first. I purchased the gDiaper newborn starter kit and they have had major leak problems. I originally only purchased one newborn buttons cover because I was worried they would be too big on him when we first brought him home.My little one was 7lbs 8oz at birth and they fit him just fine. They were a little bulky, but we have had no problems with leaks. I’ve since purchased 2 more covers and a whole lot more inserts.Perks: snaps not Velcro…
Good for newborns! I’ve bought several brands of cloth diaper covers and these fit my newborn the best considering it is adjustable. He’s 8.5 pounds right now with room to adjust. It’s quality fabric and the stitching and snaps are very secure, double gussets around the legs. I use osocozy prefolds underneath with a small strip of fleece against the skin for wicking moisture away. This combo isn’t too bulky. I like how the inside liner is continuous and easy to wipe clean. I machine wash and hang them dry. Baby…
